Nicola Parish is a Certified Reiki Healer (10+ years experience), a Women’s Embodiment Coach and Non-Linear Movement Method® Facilitator; dedicated to re-wilding and reconnecting women to their pleasure.
Nicola specialises in supporting women who are going through big life transitions (like perimenopause ) to let go of limiting beliefs, stuck emotions and judgemental thought loops on ageing and what it means as a woman who is ‘mature’.
By working holistically with somatic practices and Reiki energy healing, she helps woman feel whole, calm and relaxed again … ultimately leading to everyday pleasure, appreciation and joy.
Nicola offers Perimenopause Coaching, Embodiment Classes under The Non-Linear Movement Method®, Women’s Groups under The Wild Woman's Circle™ and Reiki Healing Sessions.
