If your battery feels low and you can’t seem to re-charge on your own, don’t feel bad … it’s quite normal and there is nothing wrong with you. Most of us struggle with juggling the demands of every day life and too often we are left feeling depleted and exhausted, with no time or space for ourselves.

My healing sessions are designed to restore balance and bring a sense of peace and calm back to your mind and body. In our session, I’ll help recharge your battery so you feel full and resourceful again. And if you are interested, I can also show you how to do this at home.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a poplar holistic Japanese energy healing modality for stress reduction and relaxation.  It was founded by Dr Mikao Usui in the late 19th Century and is practised worldwide.

Reiki gently encourages the person’s system to restore balance. It shifts the body’s stress response  from its “fight / flight / freeze” state to a more restful, calm and peaceful state.

My signature Release & Reiki Sessions (90 mins) combines Reiki with The Non-Linear Movement Method

By combining these two powerful healing modalities, you can release stuck emotions and learn to self regulate through the Non-Linear Movement Method, while Reiki recharges your batteries and restores balance back to your mind body and spirit.

These sessions are particularly helpful with:

  • When you find yourself unable to shake heavy emotions and start to become someone you don't like because you are so negative.

  • When you find yourself thinking negatively and mentally looping and replaying the same scenarios over and over again.

  • When you experience pain or injury, and need support to heal, relax and calm your physical body. This includes physical tension. .

  • When you are mentally overwhelmed with fear, worry and anxiety, both the NLMM and Reiki can help.

  • When you feel disconnected to your gut instincts and intuition. You have been busy with life but no longer know who you are.

  • When you find yourself numb in your body. Unable to experience passion, pleasure and creativity. You yearn to feel desired again.

FAQs

  • It's ok to be nervous, I will guide you each step of the way.

  • It's normal to feel nervous when you are doing something for the first time. Don't worry, I will guide you through the movement practice each step of the way.

  • For in person sessions in Knutsford:

    • Please arrive 5 - 10 mins early as we will start on time. There is parking at the back.

    • Dress comfortably like you would for dance or yoga.

    • Please avoid drinking caffeine and alcohol .

    For online sessions you will need:

    • Wifi to access Zoom.

    • Headphones / speakers so you can hear music etc.

    • A yoga and private space to practice where you will not be interrupted.

    • Please dress comfortably to relax and move.

    • Please avoid drinking caffeine and alcohol

  • It depends on the person. Some people have limited time and live in another city so it's more convenient to do remote sessions.

    If you live within easy travel distance to Knutsford Cheshire, I recommend doing your first session in person.

  • A full refund (less credit card processing fees) is provided if you cancel 48 hours prior.

    If you cancel within 48 hours, you can transfer your ticket to someone else but we won't be able to refund you.
